In order to use the citation number lookup field please enter the citation number in this format:
If your citation number starts with a 1; enter the citation number + the offense number next to the offense listed on the citation (Example: 100215401 for offense 1, 100215402 for offense 2 or 100215403 for offense 3).
If your citation number starts with a 2, just enter the citation number without an 01, 02 or 03 at the end of it.
